Cheap quality & long wait

Says 2-3 days delivery on website, ordered on Wednesday, received on Tuesday. Mind you I contacted them in the meantime via email and they never replied and paid 6£ for the delivery. The packaging was just a clear plastic and a paper print anyone could have printed from home. Underwhelming. The personalised message wasnt written neatly, felt like it was rushed.
